Policies
Booking Policy:
Prior to your appointment please read through all Policies and Before Care & Aftercare for service information.
A deposit is required to book and confirm every appointment. Deposit amount is based on service, see Services for more details. A credit card is required to reserve your appointment and will not be charged unless you are more than 15 minutes late, reschedule or cancel with 48 to 24 hours, and/or NO SHOW. All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. The remaining balance is due the day of your appointment. Deposits can be paid through Apple Pay, PayPal, VenMo, or at check out when booking online.
Late Policy:
A 10 minute grace period is given. Anything 15 minutes or more will result in an appointment cancellation and charged 50% value of your requested appointment.
Rescheduling Policy:
If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact via TEXT: 808-666-9380 48 hours prior to your appointment. Any changes to your appointment made less than 48 hours will require another deposit to reschedule.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. If cancellation is made within 48 hours your deposit will be forfeited and in order to book again, another deposit is required. Any cancelations within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the value of your appointment. Any NO Shows without given notice will be charged 100% of the value of your appointment.
Refund Policy:
TAESTHETICS LLC has a strict no refund policy. Thank you for your understanding.
Studio Policy:
Please text upon arrival to your appointment and wait until your aesthetician/technician texts you to come in. This protocol helps our studio with social distancing, along with proper sanitization in between clients. The health and safety of all our clients is very important.
Mask is optional.
Please refrain from phone use during your appointment
For safety NO guests are allowed at any appointments. NO CHILDREN. NO PETS. Please make arrangements accordingly.
Pricing is subject to change at any time.
