Lash Extension Policy:

2 Day Policy:

All lash extension clients have up to 48 hours from the end of their service time to contact us with any lash issues (density, retention etc.) and return for a complimentary touch up. Anything outside for the 48 hours time frame will require payment.

Fill Policy:

Fill Policy: For returning lash clients ONLY 50-40% of your lashes must be intact to be considered a fill. Anything less than 40% will be charged FULL SET PRICE. Appointments booked after the 3 week mark may be considered a FULL SET. PLEASE come to your appointment with NO MAKEUP and CLEAN lashes.

Foreign Fill Policy:

Foreign fills are currently accepted with a service fee of $25. If we are not able to work with current lash set a removal and full set will be necessary.

Allergy Policy:

In the invent an allergic reaction occurs please contact us and your medical provider immediately.

A complimentary removal may be provided. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED.
